Refunds

If our cider is in any way damaged or missing in transit or if there are any issues with the cider itself, we’ll replace it or refund you money. Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Insurance & Coverage

All of the goods we send are insured up to the point of delivery. We’re not covered for any goods that are damaged or stolen after being delivered.
